JULY 3RD STARS AND STRIPES CELEBRATION - Saturday, July 3rd, 6 PM to 9 PM at Amenity Center 1, 401 Twin Creeks Drive. Pony Rides, Bouce Houses, Petting Zoo, Dance Music, Train Rides, Entertainment, Fun Giveaways, Drinks, Swimming, Air Brush Artisits and Much More!! Parade starts at 6 PM. All residents are invited to participate. So decorate those bicycles, strollers and wagons and bring the whole family! The celebration will be held immediately following the parade on the lawn area adjacent to the pool. So pack up your family, bring your blanket, plan to listen to the musician, and stay a while!

AMENITY CENTER ACCESS CARDS UPDATE: Due to increased costs, if you fail to pay homeowner association dues there will be a $5.00 fee to reactivate your amenity center access card.

CITY OF ALLEN BULK ITEM PICK-UP SCHEDULE: Please read the new COA Bulk Item Policy posted in the new City of Allen Information Folder on the Resource Center page. Items will be picked up on the first Saturday of the month by appointment only. Residents must call CWD at 972-392-9300 ext. 2 by noon on Friday for next-day (Saturday) collection. Items may not be placed for collection prior to 6 pm on the day before collection and must be placed out by 7 am on the appointed Saturday morning.
CITY OF ALLEN WATER CONSERVATION PLAN: The City of Allen Water Conservation Plan is posted on the Resource Center page in the City of Allen Information Folder. The plan became effective on September 1, 2008.
